Johnny was born and raised in Camden, Delaware, where he attended Caesar Rodney High school (Class of 2004).  It was here that his interest in film and writing began, so much so that he studied Film and Video Production at the Pennsylvania State University.  In May of 2008 he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Film.

Aside from his interest in writing, Johnny also has a love of writing and playing music.  After three years of playing with his first band Barroom Pirates in State College, he is now concentrating on a solo acousti-punk album.  However a new band is definitely in the near future.
